These shirts are printed to order. Returns and exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Something wrong with your shirt?

Email support@badbutnotgreat.com as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description, and clear photos of the shirt and the problem. If you received the wrong item or size, include a photo of its label.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct next steps.

Size changes and change of mind

We don’t accept returns or exchanges because you chose the wrong size, prefer a different fit, or changed your mind. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If we sent a size different from the one you ordered, contact us using the instructions above.
